Dr. Indu Aroras first book on Yoga (Yoga: Ancient Heritage Tomorrows Vision) has been honored, acknowledged and highly appreciated by Yoga Masters & Professionals and has become a part of many Libraries including but not limited to the Central Council of Research in Yoga & Naturopathy, Government of India. She has also launched many of Yoga DVD, Audio CD / Tapes and a MP3 since 2005. She is board member of the World Movement of Yoga, is a regular columnist for Tathaastu (Spiritual, Mental and Physical Well being Magazine) and Yoga Chicago (An Illinois based Yoga Magazine)

Recently, the Mayor and Chief of Police have honored Dr. Indu Arora for contributing to the community resource center of Woodridge, IL. She was also chosen as Dupage Woman You should Know by Dupage Woman Magazine.

Dr. Arora founded Yogsadhna (www.yogsadhna.com) in year 2000, to offer inter-disciplinary approach to the ancient practice of healing. She is also associated with Helping Hand Rehabilitation center in Chicago as a Wellness Coach and Yoga Therapist for adult with physical and mental challenge. A Master Teacher Trainer lives in Chicago, IL with her husband Manu Arora and keeps her interest live in singing, dancing, painting, poetries and making sculptures.
