3:00 AM, restless night. I haven't been listening to Coast To Coast late night radio like I used to, some of the topics are too alarming. Some stuff perks my interest. I flip on the radio for about a minute, some ideas start coming my way.

"If you think you are going to fail, lack self confidence, you won't succeed." OK, I like to laugh at myself, because it's funny how wrong things go sometimes, and it's a better alternative than sever depression. From my perspective, people look how I broke my back, "Never saw that coming, you did it to yourself". Something I myself, don't understand except I wasn't fully conscious when I went out the door, sleepwalking and bad smoke. I really wanted to talk to Bear about the matter. Bear had an E Mail influence on me that got things done.

Getting back to the think you are going to fail theme. Having a broken back, close brush with death, learning to walk again, (still learning). Something no one should go through, but it taught me how to succeed, I've always had to persevere. Life's problems are 99% of the time, brought on by yourself somehow. Not the case all the time, human beings do awful things to each other, then you need help. Find a way out of them. Keep on openness in human relationship. If you encounter hostility, stay open, and keep your opinions to yourself. As far as succeeding, "Only teams win". I never wrote The Bear trying to succeed. I was hungry for information and I kept in my comfort zone. Isn't that the way, you do your work, do your thing, if you're putting out good vibes, you will succeed. Same goes for finding love, you're not looking for it, but if you are open to it. Build it, they will come.
