When you think about it, he really isnt that bad. In a couple years he might turn out to be a parkour prodigy.

Some of it was parkour, but I would say that for the most part this was freerunning or martial arts tricking. Just saying.

Capeoira. For me I'd say the thing that makes it such a great martial art is its beautiful fluidity. What makes capoeira absolutely amazing is that it goes beyound martial arts with music and "dancing" and just being plain fun sometimes. :)
