Even though this song is ridiculous, it's actually one of my favourites by Cylob.

I came to these videos expecting something in the vein of Waffle Lawyer, which is how I came across these guys in the first place, and I'm actually like, quite pleasantly surprised by the really economic but classy storytelling going on here.

Haha, I love this song; a favourite off of Bleach. I'm always afraid to be identified with this song, lest girls come to the conclusion that I somehow buy in, despite the fact that I assume Cobain was writing it as like, a satire of a type. Great song.

Kid A's a funny album; the impact was so different back in 2000 after like, two years of intense OK Computer loving. Looking back, this is one of my favourites, although comparatively understated. Relateable message, I think.

Same; for whatever reason, this fairly unassuming song is like, my favourite thing they've ever released.

Quaristice remains like, one of my favourite recent ae albums; it's just kind of a fun piss-take in some ways. It feels really casual and peripatetic, which I really like; lot's of good ideas, loads of crazy dense reverb.

In the right atmosphere, I'm sure this track comes off great as something to dance or mix to, but I've got to say: one of my least favourite Richard James tracks. The snares are well-programmed, but there's just not enough going on to offer it up as a single, imho.

Perhaps I'm wrong about this, but even though the identity has never been publically confirmed, the evidence suggests James because "Llannerlog" was the name of his studio at the time, no? Just double-checked; Llannerlog is credited on Surfing on Sine Waves as the studio.

Love the piano riff on this one.

It's crazy how interesting they were getting prior to the tragedy; there was a lot of fresh room for exploration with this sound.

It was this song that made the album click for me, helped a lot by my getting into New Wave right before. Gave me the proper context.

I like to avoid the hyperbole that Roach's music draws, but the man is good at what he does, yes, very much so.

It is too bad; these more "b-sidey" songs on In Utero were, for me, the most interesting. I'd have loved it if Kurt took this path, along with, supposedly, his interest in doing something a little more "Automatic for the People"-y. Kurt was just beginning.

One of my all-time favourite albums, to be honest; pop hits and Uwe Schmidt is a really potent combo. And this is one of the better cuts.

I haven't listened closely to this since I was like sixteen, and I really did enjoy this back then. I like that this came out in '96 and it sort of sounds like a really commercial, poppy version of OK Computer... except for the bridge, ignore the bridge in this theory. Perhaps I am crazy.

Not sure if it's a serious question, but my guess: the drums and opening synth melody are Cylob, while the bass is Tom, as are the pads midway through, and the jazz organ/sax. Sounds a little like Cylob started it and Tom finished it.

I'm not sure it played the right video.

I was happy he released this little ep; it has like no other aim than to be fun, and it's great.

Hadn't listened to the Mix before until hearing a few snippets over the last couple weeks; I actually like these remixes quite a bit.

@ultimatenerd22 That would explain it; I was listening to it and going, basically, how could you sequence this? Not that it would be impossible, but it's a dense mix.
