Nah, the game will just be 2D with it's image stretched on the screen, I think. To this date, I don't have a 3DS to confirm that. So, I don't know.

So I take it that the 3DS Virtual Console version of Link's Awakening doesn't count as a 3DS remake? The 3D effects will still be applied to the VC version of Link's Awakening, so who knows?
