@Zarrykotter There's no "enough" force for the magnets. Friction will always be too much. If the magnets were more powerful, the ball would travel faster and friction would increase.

Additionally, there would be no way for us to get "power" from the system without applying some form of friction....

@YaleBreaker I would add, though, that "atheistic" is still the better label, since atheism is not a claim that there is no God, and "atheistic" and "non-theistic" are basically the same thing.

I will take issue with Matt's use of the word "hobo". Hoboes are migratory laborers - they do actually work for a living, they just don't have a permanent place of residence. "Bum" would be perhaps the more correct term.
