Since 1906, the YWCA of Riverside County has worked to help women grow physically, intellectually and spiritually. The YWCA of Riverside County is affiliated with the YWCA of the USA; a womens membership movement dedicated to the empowerment of women and the elimination of racism. Sharing in the national mission the YWCA of Riverside County draws strength from its membership and utilizes existing community resources to develop programs that improve the quality of life for women and their families throughout Riverside County. We offer programs in five key ares; preschool, health and fitness, aquatics, Avenues (an after school program for girls) and Born Free (a residential treatment facility for chemically addicted pregnant women).
