and no skipping the gymleaders
Do not have two of your pokemon holding the same Items
No berrys that raise your stats

The Pokemon you send to me are the pokemon you will use in ALL gyms and ALL elite four. All the Gym Leaders and Elite Four will be Watching for substitution of Pokemon, this is to prevent trainers from purposley switching to type trumph the Leaders
