Whats up to all, this is Bandana Redd, founding member of the HIGHLANDAZ Fitness crew in Highland Park, Brooklyn NY. I am utilizing Youtube as a platform to help motivate others by displaying some calisthenic-based park workouts. These videos aren't posted so much as "Instructional How to" videos, but more as a tools of motivation & inspiration to all those watching. I believe as in anything in life, the goal in this game is Progression, "Be better than you were the last time". Much respect to all out there Hittin' the Barz, we all feed off each other. Lets keep this positive and positive things will follow. Major recognition goes to the Bartendaz, Beastmode, Barbarians, Harlem Seals, Barmaster Extreme, Calisthenic Kingz, BxTreme, the whole Evo Squad/Wingate crew, and the Bar Union to name a few.
