Rani Sheilagh, yogarani, is an enthusiastic & passionate yogini and artist (and conscious hedon) who embraces the ever-changing, creative flow of life.
Believing that life is for living, Rani calls herself a 'conscious hedon' and encourages discovering the creative conscious hedon within yourself and to find your own personal balance between the good, the not so good and the downright bold & naughty -- and to enjoy and spread the joy life!
Rani has many years of formal, intensive yoga studies with highly, respected international teachers and has completed university arts degrees to post-graduate level with professors and professionals who are recognised experts in their fields.
She has delved deeply in the vocations of yoga, meditation, somatic and fine art studies, as well as maintaining her own ongoing personal studies, explorations, collaborations and passions. She is an enthusiatic student of life!
Rani brings together the classical traditions and foundations of Yoga with the dynamic, the modern, the spontaneous, energetic and the creative.
Facilitating self-empowerment for the modern-day practioneer, she nutures a deep exploration of our ever-changing experience of what it means to be human and cultivates delving more deeply into the juicy dynamic of life and of yoga's full potential and fruitful benefits.
