Instead of complaining to Allah because he doesn't accept our prayers straight away - we should thank Allah that he doesn't punish us for our sins straight away.
Allah doesn't judge people by their skin colour, ethnicity, family status, job, car, money, house etc - then why is it society today does exactly the opposite? We must judge people on what is inside rather than what is outside
