The reserved company name of the word "XYZ" Is bounded by XyzKiller's use. Anyone found using these combination of letters for commercial uses, without XyzKiller's approval may/will be seen in a court of law. Fines can be up to a $120,000 or anything that sums up to that in value. Requests of a similar name and/or help with a better name for commercial use can be suggested to XyzKiller for you. Example: "ABC." This does not fall into XyzKiller's copyright and use of "XYZ." If anyone is found still using the term, "XYZ" you will be doubled upon the next fine and prosecuted to the full extent of the law on top of that. Community service may be handed out by XyzKiller if none of these fines can be payed in currency. Anyone who is to do Community service, will need a signature of the person working for and a time stamp for proof of work. If this is not done either, you will face prison time along with the many other unlawful criminals. If you wish to work out a deal with XyzKiller, please contact him V.I.A. e-mail and/or his intern, Pootisman. If your message has not been replied to yet, please allow 2-5 work days for a response. If a response is still not done, please call his agent's number and he will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are found not guilty in a case of these matters, you should take note that the term and use of "XYZ" is still owned by XyzKiller and will be brought to court again if further persistence occurs. How ever, if you are legally binded by XyzKiller for the use of "XYZ" for commercial use, you may do so, but only with a digital, signed, printed name of his approval. Without approval, you can face many/all of the consequences listed above this document if used commercially. If you think you have mistakingly used "XYZ" for your own commercial uses, contact him as soon as possible with the listed contacts above.
