For anyone interested, Blüdhaven is the city the mobs fled to after Batman whooped their asses and supervillains like Joker started ruling the Gotham crime scene. Normal mobster families like the Falcones fled Gotham and set up shop in Blüdhaven.

@KiraYamato609 Initially Wonder Woman couldn't fly either. The gods had to specifically grant Diana the ability to fly. Meaning it's not part of the usual amazon set of powers. They made an exception for her. At first, Diana could only fly with use of the Invisible Jet.

@LMVStudios The ring is powered by willpower. Since this is the reverse universe, it could be powered by fear, which is the opposite of willpower. It would make sense since they often state that the crime syndicate thrives on fear and causing general chaos and mayhem.
