my poem.
there was a girl
she was different from you.
she stayed silent through all of their laughter
their horrible jokes.
she saw everything as darkness.
like a wrath from the demons of hell.
everyone treated her
like a untreatable disease.
fatal and a mistake.
they say she suffocated herself.
smothering herself as far down as possible
devouring every inch of her still perserved soul
drowning her in darkness....
their laughter ecoes in her ears.
she cries; its mass hysteria.
she couldnt take it.
it burned.
she slashes her wrists
and hangs her head.
and watches through her blurry vision
of the blood slowly dripping off her fingertips.
she duct tapes her mouth
to keep from screaming.
she grabs the razor
and goes deeper.
blood pouring from her cold veins
she wrote on the wall as i know.
"this is the girl who was tormented
she is not okay she has never been okay. she will never be okay."
how i know this you may wonder.
this is my life story .
this girl is me.
