when i was visiting Key West 4 years ago i took a ghost tour and at the City Hall i saw someone looking out from the window, then two years ago i visited again and went on a different tour they mentioned Robert. so me and my family visited him and we asked the person at the desk if robert had ever been moved out of the building, they said the last time he was moved was 7-8 years ago. when i got home i looked at the picture and zoomed in... it was definitaly Robert. I think hes awsome and hes not scary i like him, he let me take a picture.
