NPC villages I think were actually in mods before they were in Terraria. Though, I could stand to be corrected. Notch frequently takes updates and ideas from already existing mods and users on his forums. So even if there is a similarity... It's not likely that he took the idea from that game...

@pokemonipod Speak for yourself, I've never lost more than 99,999 cash from a death, even after wandering the freakin world of Pandora for 12 hours collecting all cash laying about. On average, I collect about $10,000 a kill, and at max cash, if it kept counting... I should've lost more than 99...

I don't understand why they're hated so much. Just ban them, get some better security measures on your server, and move on. Seriously, if your security sucks so much on your server that they can come in and grief, you do kind of deserve it. Especially when you don't have Logblock or BigBrother...

I do miss the elevators too... The only real problem with them was... When your characters ran out of dialogue for each other, the elevators got boring. If they bring back elevators, they should DEFINATELY make a lot more conversations in them.
