@SpiderShane1 This album is loosely themed about rehab, possibly for opiates. But, 95% of Tool/APC songs are open for interpretation, you might relate them to opiates where another person might relate them to the workings of the government or a relationship.

I think this is Maynard's retelling of some fictional story about a king or something cheesy like that, where he's playing with the theme of the story in the lyrics, open for interpretation of course, I just noticed the "I will, I am" could also be seen as "I, William", especially how he sings it...
