the real leader is the first uchiha called uchiha madara but hes a gd guy cos his dad was some demon WHO married a woman from the hyuuga clan so madara inherited the byakaugan which evolved into the sharingan which evolved into the mangekyou sharngan
but he realised he was only born to be his dads container so he created the kyuubi and sealed its powers in him and sealed his dad somewhere then he used powerful evil ppl to help him get all the demons so that he could later kill all the akatsuki members and take all the power to defeat his dad.
