I herby present you my interpretation of The BioHazard 1.5 Burning Lab :)! I bet you're thinking: "Big deal! He just altered the BGs of three rooms he already made and put some flames inside!". Well, it doesn't work this way, It's actually quite the oposite - if you want to "put flames" into a room you basicly need to transfer the data of the whole room into a original RDT that already had the flames in it or otherwise the flames won't appear in the room (there are only 6 rooms that work with this method - many thanks to Dark Biohazard aka. Martin Biohazard for revealing this method to me!), which means I had to make hybrids of many different RDTs (the ones I made and the original ones), alter the BGs so they appear in the correct angles and link the rooms all over again in the end... Well, I think it was worth it :)!
CHANGES: three *kinda* new 1.5 rooms playable: Level 4 Lab Corridor (the same camera/boundaries setup as before, the best one I could make ATM), Hangar C-2 (this one took me the most time to burn ;), Control Room (I sure love this room for some reason and I'm so happy that I could finally set it on fire ;)! The boundaries/camera setup was improved a bit although it's still not perfect), new 1.5 - ish Shotgun holding animation for Leon added (because my old one sucked), shitloads of work on hybridising RDTs and many hacks added to them afterwards.

more
The Longest Yard was a map (Also known as Q3DM17) in Quake 3 Arena, and was one of the four maps that was included in the multiplayer demo. If you were a kid whom grew up in the 90's (Born in 1988, grew up in the 90's), chances are you came across Quake 3 Arena, if not the demo. One of the most popular Quake 3 Demo servers I remember playing on was "Hook, Line, and Sink'em" which had this map playing with an instagib railgun gametype. So right about now, you may or may not be asking yourself the following questions. 1. Why remake a Quake map? It doesn't really fit into the TF2 game style. 2. Okay, so this is a Quake map. Why are you using Minecraft textures; better yet, why aren't you using the original Quake 3 textures, or even TF2-ifying it? 3. I didn't really see an objective, will this map have one?
The simple answer to the first two questions is that there are eccentric and extravagant maps playable on TF2 servers that people love. Orange, Minecraft, Mario Kart, they all come to mind. I'm remaking The Longest Yard as an ode to the humble, yet unforgiving game, Quake 3 Arena. To answer the last question, there will be a numble of gametypes. As of right now, I'm working on one version of the map, which will be meant to play "Instagib". You can see how instagib functions in Team Fortress 2 here. http://www.youtub...
The other variations of this map may feature more islands, more cover, and quite possibly the following gametypes: Control Point, Oddball, and KotH.
I hope you all enjoy this map once it's released. Here is the map I mentioned in-game about the music. This is *NOT* the map you're watching in this video. www.FF6Hacking.com/The_Music_Box.bsp
