@Thesquarewave: I used to always set my videos to "Allow friends' comments automatically, all others with approval only" so I have to approve comments before they appear. I've been slowly changing everything to "Allow comments automatically" (so on the vids I've changed, comments will show right away)

@mt31v Some ballasts need 'see' the proper lengths worth of bulb (in this case 48") to work correctly. Using shorter (or longer) will essentially cause the bulb/ballast to be out of ballance. Some of the newer ballasts out there are designed to work with multiple sizes - they basically sense the length of the bulbs and adjust their output based on that.
