Not it was not "promised"... it was planned. Do you know anything about game development? Do you have any idea how expensive and difficult it is nowadays? Square Enix has been in a financial rut for years... Lack of proper funding can slow things down a LOT.

This isn't about you. This is a business decision, and it's one that will sell PS4 units, plain and simple. You can sit there and throw your little fit like a child. It's your loss, not ours.

When this hit theaters, audiences hysterically cheered at this scene. Airports used to be FLOODED with those guys, and this scene pretty much amplified exactly what everyone wished they could do to them.

I miss good spoof movies like this. I really do.

Don't give gamers that much credit. There are far more in-game tutorials in games than there used to be years ago. There are people getting stuck in Super Metroid on the Wii U after only playing ten minutes, because they don't understand that you have to figure things out for yourself.

Give a non-NES gamer a copy of the original Zelda and see how he does by himself. They aren't smarter. Their hands are being held more often now.

Look, Skillz, I love your reviews and videos, but as an XBOX fan to another XBOX fan, I cannot begin to express my extreme disappointment with Microsoft's reveal this morning.

Not to mention several articles shortly after coming about stating that we have to pay extra to play secondhand games, must connect to the internet at least once every 24 hours, and no backwards compatibility. Not to mention the intrusive and irritating amounts of TV and sports.
