@nadeeyaafiza Please, if you are getting a chinchilla, grab some info about them first, I've seen bad owners because they don't know a thing about them.

@YunaLovingTest Dust baths let chinchillas clean in volcanic dust , because you cannot clean them in water or their fur becomes irritated and they don't look nice after. D: but you can clean them in water, in warm water and dry their fur. :3

@AnarchyNakiwarai A dust bath is pretty much a bowl or something similar, not dirty please, filled with volcanic dust and the chinchillas love to roll in it to clean their fur! :3

Umm... if you have a basement or a spot away from the sun, itll be best for the cage, even though the room temperature is really hot, i reccomend, im not saying that i dont like that or anything.... but if you have your cage there, good for you! ^^ at least you arent like an idiot like some peopl...

@musicfreeko if you choose to breed, it is really hard to breed chins, im just saying, better get a few chinchilla handbooks if you want to breed and dig in! I am not a breeder, but i had baby chins, and now they are nearly a year old ( yay! nearly an adult :3 ) yet... i just know a whole lot abo...

@tarabeara510 That could meen that you arent showing enough attention to your chin, but i find it normal, my chins are social, but kinda unsocial so... i find its fine, just spend a bit more time with him/her untill you find her happy with her surroundings ^_^

@sarah199988 Find a chin at a local breeder or, if lucky ( cause its kinda rare where i am ) At a pet store. But they are cute loyal and verry fluffy animals :3 I reccomend getting one but remember, treat it nice and it will give you many years of fun and friendship! :3

@firedemon34526 They cant have water, only for advanced trainers who know how to groom them with the correct water, but for beginners, its strongly recommended for dust bathing instead, because the water can make their hair fall out and irritate their skin, and dust bathing keeps their fur soft a...
