Hi, my name is Tejai and I am currently recreating this youtube account of mine. And I'll start off by listing 10 facts about myself:

1. I am a martial artist and will be for the rest of my life; it is my fullest lifestyle, overall philosophy, positive psychology, and way of self-actualization.

2. My goal in life is to one day becoming a martial arts instructor with his own school that specializes in Jun Fan Gung Fu or Jeet Kune Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Beachbody Fitness, and Progressive Fighting Systems.

3. I'm obsessed with self-actualization, peak health and fitness, martial arts, philosophy, psychology, and more martial arts.

4. I'm not into tricking anymore, I see it as too fancy and ineffective for combat (no offense). And it in itself isn't true martial arts.

5. Martial arts is more of an over-riding philosophy and full lifestyle. Because fighting is martial arts, but martial arts includes fighting.

6. The arts I'm training until this point in my life are Kaizen Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Haidong Gumdo, Mixed Martial Arts, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Muay Thai, Shaolin Kung Fu, Chen-Family Taijiquan, Jun Fan Gung Fu & Jeet Kune Do, Pentjak Silat, Filipino Martial Arts, Chin-Na, Sanda, and Kendo.

10. Self-actualization means to always be pushing yourself to higher peaks and striving to be better than your own personal best. This is the meaning of life as well as life itself.
