More to the point, Males and females don't evolve independantly of one another, and individuals don't evolve, it's species that evolve. And isnt it interesting that he chose dogs to make his point, being the product of domestic artificial selection originating from the Grey Wolf, and not the result of natural selection. Something which in itself demonstrate that evolution works.
