This is sick....that is someones son. I know somebody with this condition and its not a joke. Anyone who thinks it is twisted and ignorant. Anyone could have a child with this condition. Even all you ppl who think its funny. Just my opinion. Hope ya all feel better bullying someone less fortunate...
