@irunfast86 incorrect. extending your elbows on shoulder exercies fires up the triceps to the point where they only control the weight at the top of the lift. these guys isolate these muscles to ridiculous extents. no one deserves to correct this man though. he is the greatest lifter to live.

@DarlingDiamond your completely wrong.....you have it backwards....a set or two to 10 to 12 reps followed with a set 0f 6 to failure is a way to promote growth. doing the high reps allows for the "pump" while the failure set forces growth on the muscle. and yes toning has all to do with diet not ...
