yea, this interview seemed rather painful...mickey didn't seem like he wanted to answer all these questions, the interviewer seemed to be plungin deeper wtih clipped responses, and the audience...(sigh)...well, nice effort tho...but damn...

if someone is sharing a gift of his/ hers to help inspire, or bring positivity to us, why must we condemn?! for once, let's just appreciate goodness. fuck the negativity, the sales, the industry rules, yadi yada. its music, it's honest, it resonates. let it live. peace, Ledisi! rock & shine!

thank you for posting! I am looking for the original...this original...i believe the album came out in 1986?? The versions on amazon are very recent performances that pale to the original. How can i get the rest of the songs from the 1986 album- like this one, esp. shosholoza...moriva...and a fe...
