It's amazing how much tongue cancer changed Achatz's voice. I actually think his voice has more character to it, now.

I think Kevin's just been recording himself whenever he has a mental breakdown and then setting them to music afterwards for these last few albums. They've all been really raw and personal. It takes some serious stones to write songs like these.
