I agree with you on this point. The only way to achieve this aim is to eliminate the voting. Each country wants to win and they have noticed that by singing in English they receive better scores.

Why this ridiculous statement? Eligibility to participate is not determined by geographic inclusion within the continent of Europe but to be a member of the European Broadcasting Union and that's what counts. There are other Asian nations such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Geo...
