i am a martial artist and i believe in working your body to its fullest potential and that there is no such thing as styles anymore or race we are just human beings trying to make the best of our short time on earth also we musnt worry about death because there is not point in worrying about something that is inebbitable we will all be joined in the next life to achieve the highest spiritual form we must respect all living things each other and mostly ourselves
