@Str2Farm if you do it by itself then no it probably wont burn as much as a 10 minute jog butif you do it then work out it will really get your heart racing to boost your wokout, thats when the fat burn comes in

Ok resident evil was better than most of those movies. Except the gorge a Romero movies all of his zombie movies are the best. I like how no one who makes a zombie list puts # 1 as anything else than dawn of the dead. It is a kick ass movie though
