Yep, was overjoyed to hear Kimi was back, even more so that it hasn't quite cost Rubens Barrichello his job yet! Raikkonen and Kubica, that would be a great team! :)

The end of a controversial season in motorsport, Webber picks up the pieces to win at Brazil while Hamilton ends the season in a way reflecting the kind of year he's had...Loeb wins his 8th world Championship while Latvala wins for the first time in 2011, Franchitti wins his 4th Championship under rather sombre circumstances, MotoGP ends at Valencia in a thriller, despite ending on a sour note...Not a very good year in Motorsport.

Yep, it was AWESOME! Also, the MotoGP at Valencia was great as well, a touching tribute to Marco Simoncelli followed by an absolutely crazy 30 laps of racing, unbelievable by Spies to go from 4th to first in two laps, just as unbelievable as Stoner's revival on the final run to the finish! :)

Lol, yep, I got to watch Massa and Hamilton's coming together right in front of me! It was a surreal experience, only my second race experience ever, great stuff to watch...The Vettel win was inevitable, but the action that unfolded right behind was great fun, Jenson outsmarting Mark down the long straight, Perez, Di Resta, and Petrov battling for the final point, hell, the crowd were cheering for Karthikeyan everytime he came through as well! All in all, a great experience, although I didn't quite know the finishing order until the end of the race, the TV screens were too small and the commentary was drowned out by the sound of those 2.4 litre V8 engines! The circuit looked great, I think this one should stay on the calendar as a permanent fixture, instead of Abu Dhabi or Bahrain!

I was absolutely horrified when I saw his helmet launch off his head, those helmets are strapped on tight! I knew something was horribly wrong then, as he lay face down, motionless...I waited an hour and a half to hear what i feared the most, I was distraught...Without a doubt, the worst year in Motorsport since 1994, I just can't believe we've lost two great racers in 2 weeks!! Dan Wheldon's crash was avoidable, had there been a tyre wall to absorb the impact, but Marco was absolutely helpless, and we've lost another legend. RIP

The darkest month in motorsport..."Marco Simoncelli succumbs to injuries succumbed on the 2nd lap", The words I had dreaded hearing over those anxious minutes before coverage stopped...I can't believe it, we've lost another legend!!! :'(

Oh, how I wish I lived closer to the Indy Motor Speedway Museum! I still wonder why they don't adopt tyre barriers in the Oval racing series, a tyre wall wouldn't have rebounded Wheldon into the catchfence above.

Winning the Indy 500 twice, not many people have that on their career CV! It would have been a remarkable drive had he even finished second, I was absolutely bewildered when Hildebrand threw it into the wall, was gutted for him but absolutely delighted for Dan, I thought that was a good enough reason for a team to sign him full time for the rest of the season, but looks like it doesn't matter anymore...RIP Mr.Daniel Wheldon.

Yeah, I can't believe people still die in modern day motorsport, I remember Dan clinching the '05 Indycar series, and his controversial Indy 500 win this year, couldn't believe he didn't have a full time ride this season...But in hindsight, i really wish he wasn't offered to race in Vegas...RIP to a true legend, this seems to happen far too often :'(

Lewis Hamilton, one of the first drivers I have seen defend successfully against DRS...Other than at Monaco, of course.
