I was raised to not waste things, reuse everything, I learned prepping before prepping was a word. :) buy new only when you have worn out whatever, and if you can get good used, go for it..so.. I guess I could be called..thrifty..(better word than cheap.)

I am now retired, but I have been in various caregiving jobs..elderly care, child care, DD/MR adults..a caregiver cares and gives. My hope is, when I get to need care, I've paid it forward. "a baker, a butcher,a candle stick maker.." and a jackie of all trades :)

HS..community college, and the Life University of Hard Knocks...and the Book of all knowledge, the Bible!
Interests:
prepping obviously,making mittens(The MittenLady of WV) quilting, audio books,Bible, and just getting into rock hunting..surviving and thriving! Wild herbs and herbal remedies
Movies:
lots..too many to mention..but they have to have GOOD actors..too much pop culture out there, I like documentary/true story type movies.. movies that make me laugh or cry, or both :)

oldies..uh..oldies..gospel, bluegrass..no metal
Books:
my BibleJames Patterson, JD Robb,John Sanford..used to like like Stephen King til he got so weird..
