N.E. ways, Wolf of sega here's a suggestion. Since you cant use whatever mail system you are currently using... if you don't already, create a Gmail account. Go to www.gmail.com and you're all set. After you're done creating the email address for your new youtube, make a new youtube account. This is probably the best advice I could give. Tell me if this is helpful and if gmail is the thing you are banned from then I'd suggest yahoo for an email address if I do Woop myself. (sorry. had to add the "Woop" in.)
