I dropped my once and it froze I couldn't figure out what was wrong then i found out that there is a "code" that when u press the buttons a certain number of times in a certain order it goes back to normal... well it worked for me...
what type is it? my is the itouch so maybe if its the same problem we can find a way to fix it :)
