@MrChovv The TMO can only rule on something that has happened over the line, its the Touch Judge's job to call a forward pass.

@mywhare It wasn't actually a matter of him not being looked after by the NZRU. He had a very poor attitude to towards training. The Blues actually paid for him to live in a house next to the training ground and he still didn't turn up. But you're definitely right in the fact that he was a waste ...
