not sure why i am responding to an totaly ignorant and insignificant video. Strength training will not be the deciding factor in an MMA fight. Cardio is the deciding factor when skillz are equal. this guy is not showing any skill other than lifting a heavy weight a couple times .....lol. Clueless...
