@Siggedrummer I don't use that snare trigger for triggering a module or triggered sound. It's used as an acoustic microphone. The trigger just makes a click/pop sound that is great to blend with the other snare mics and gives an extra crack for the rimshot sound.

Sorry for late answer to very old posts but here we go. The triggers are just there for opening gates or making it easier to strip silence when editing. We don't use the for triggering samples. Same goes for the snare but there we also use the trigg mic acoustically to add crack to the snare...
