The goal of the Learning from the Experts video series is to enhance individual and organizational learning. Project personnel have interviewed more than 70 people with extensive expertise in prescribed fire, fire behavior prediction, wildland fire use and the Yellowstone fires of 1988.
This new LLC video series features fire career stories from individual wildland fire managers. What lessons learned nuggets can you share with younger wildland firefighters? Over your fire career, what has changed for you? What hasn't changed? What are your "watershed" moments? In their individual videos, each veteran wildland fire manager answers these types of questions and shares much more for the firefighters who are now coming up behind them.
