THIS CHANNEL WAS INITIALLY SET UP TO KEEP UP WITH THE WILDERS TRIAL. NOW WILDERS HAS BEEN RIGHTFULLY ACQUITTED AND THE LEFT WING AND ANTI-RACIST GROUPS HAVE BEEN BATTERED IN THE PROCESS. Geert Wilders is currently standing trial for criticizing the Islamic belief system. The indictment reads: group insult of Muslims, incitement to hatred and discrimination against Muslims due to their religion and incitement to hatred and discrimination against non-western immigrants and / or Moroccans due to their race.
There has no doubt been some arm-twisting by the political powers within the Netherlands to get this case to court. These political powers are scared of the success of the PVV and Wilders and they want to get them out of the way via any means possible.
They want to disrupt the PVV election campaign and they want to deliver a criminal conviction to Wilders.
The court is clearly biased against Wilders and they have even slashed his witness list from 18 witnesses to just 3.
Holland is suffering horrendous levels of Islamization; the non-Muslim Dutch people of the Netherlands will become the minority within 15 years. Vast areas of Holland now look like an Islamic Republic or Somalia. What is wrong with speaking out about this?
Shame on the Netherlands for taking one of its patriotic sons to court. Wilders is not racist (Islam is not a race) and he is not a violent man. Wilders has never advocated any violence against anyone.
Help Geert Wilders and the PVV. By doing this you help freedom of speech and you defend the future of Holland and Europe. Do not show Islam any sympathy or support. This is a cult and belief system that has turned Muslim countries into the biggest hell holes on earth....hell holes where women in particular are subjected to the most terrible oppression and abuse.

Wilders and his lawyer Moszkowicz claim Hendriks lied in court about the motives for inviting another witness, Arab languages expert Hans Jansen, to dinner last May. During that dinner, Moszkowicz claims a third witness tried to pressure Jansen about his evidence.Following Monday's decision, the case against Wilders can now continue.'The circus will go on,' Wilders told the Telegraaf in a reaction.
The same arguments were presented at the original trial last October, which ended prematurely after the defence demanded new judges on the grounds of semblance of bias. Mr Moszkowicz disputes that the Public Prosecutors' Office has valid reasons for prosecuting his client. He also argues that the Amsterdam court does not have jurisdiction as the offences were not committed in the Dutch capital. Mr Moszkowicz says the Public Prosecutors' Office has included too many charges in the indictment.
The court will announce on 30 March whether it will accept Mr Moszkowicz's arguments and dismiss the charges or continue with the trial.
The public prosecutor will respond two days later.
During the original trial, prosecutors called for Wilders to be acquitted, but groups who forced the prosecution in the first place are pressing for the new trial to continue.
The court is expected to decide whether the case should continue or be abandoned on March 30, says ANP.
