My name is Aneisha. I attend South Carolina State University c/o 2015, and a part of the Honors College.
I'm proud to say I have dreads/locs! No, the negative attitudes and comments toward natural hair/dreads couldn't discourage me :).
For the first few months, I wore weave to speed up the locking process and to allow my hair to grow before wearing it out. Now I'm rocking my locs like there's no tomorrow. I feel beautiful, confident, and I know my hair is still gonna be right where I left it when I wake up in the morning lol.
