As it is 4 loons, it is probably a territorial dispute between two pairs. This is a great example of a typical loon fight.

Unfortunately this parent is quite stressed out by something - most likely the people video taping. You can tell this by the quick movements, alerted and upright head, vocalizations, and peering underwater (trying to identify any submerged potential threats)

Two loons (males, as they both yodeled and only males can yodel) fighting. They are peering underwater to look for other loons possibly coming up from beneath and trying to stab them. Possibly over a female or one male defending it's chick(s).
