First off ask yourself this: What does IQ stand for? It stands for Intelligence Quotient, but what does it mean? it is a score derived from one of several different standardized tests attempting to measure intelligence.
It attempts to measure intelligence, but fails at it. If so Albert Einstein would of had the IQ of a retarded child, when he actually gave many theories for physics, and thanks to him the atomic bombs were created.
The IQ score, isn't an absolute, even IF! you had a high score, it doesn't mean you are intelligent.
It attempts to measure it, but it doesn't truly portray a persons mental capacities.
As for Hispanics being below the belt curve in your statistics in intelligence, let me just LOL at you and that statistic. If Hispanics were so low, then so many professionals wouldn't be imported into the U.S. from other countries, among them all of central and south america.
Now lets move onto KNOWLEDGE:
1) Why do black communities have low IQ scores?
Answer: Because they have the least funding, and have the most troubled communities around.
2) Why can't these communities offer better services?
Answer: The U.S. government doesn't give a damn about black or hipanic communities, since funding their public schools and keep them with money would mean too many professionals.
3) Look at the conditions and opportunities some of the lower class live with, and have. Then comeback and say they have a low IQ.
4) they work more than study in order to survive, than any white community. Wouldn't that also add to your so call brilliant IQ statistics?
5) In order for a society to thrive you need a working force, the U.S. government forces this through lack of fundning for schools and attempting to limit as much as it can to some communities chances for advancements.
