*Pushes my glasses up* I'm Uryu Ishida, I don't think I can tell you much more about myself. I rather and prefer being alone and doing things by myself.
I am human... however I am a different and special kind of human. I am a Quincy. A Quincy are archers who destroy Hollows, for normal peoples terms, you may call this "Bad Spirits".
Our duty is to destroy these hollows to protect the land of the living. We don't allow these so called Shinigamis, who guards the land of the living, sending Hollows to the gates of hell to be punished and be reincarnated to Soul Society, you may call this as Heaven. Hollows who hurt the living shall be punished and be distinguish from the world.
Aside from being a Quincy, I am a normal student who lives in Karakura Town and attends Karakura High School. In our school, I am the President of the Handicrafts Clubs. Yes, real men sew.
