And yes I am very aware that a watermark will not necessarily link a video to an account,
The only point I was making is that that video contained copyrighted contents,
and the watermark in the top right could easily be argued to be a claim of ownership (If an official from the BBC saw this seeing as there is nothing to say otherwise it would be logical to assume the uploader put it there)
Seeing as this is simply an actual show from the BBC they can correctly argue that these videos detract viewers away from their Iplayer service hence why I was stating a DMCA could be issued.
Finally a DMCA request is enough to pull a video or its audio (Depending on which is the offender) from youtube.
No need for them to follow up.

Also.. about the similar one god worship... That is because most religions copied eachother in order to trick followers. For example, Christian/Catholic/etc belief is all stolen from Egyptian beliefs (Read the story of Horus, then of Jesus :p)
