Instead of privatizing Medicare... why not create a private "watchdog" position which can be filled by a private company. They get to oversee Medicare billings AND, when they uncover fraud and abuse... they get paid a % of the money they SAVE the government.

Phoenix is full of loser cops... Another guy killed an unarmed 14 year old and got away with it. Bad cops make it more dangerous for good cops as the public now lives in fear of all of them. Protecting bad cops is a stupid policy.

Since it was illegal for a child to fire an Uzi.... a legal waiver should be invalid. It is too bad that both the event organizer AND the father were not held responsible. Parents don't have the right to put their children in danger, or sign away their right to life, for their own amusement.
