@crisscreations Have you sent it to Microsoft to fix it yet? There are also helpful tips that you could try to see if it works, or just try to fix it yourself by watching some YouTube videos if you already have the tools to save yourself some money unless you have a warranty on the Xbox360.

What I usually do to to get my Xbox360 storage device to do instead of wasting about 20$ on just for them to fix it(if it has any bad sectors at all) is to take the hard drive out and shake it for 5 seconds, and it usually works because I had to do it to my hard drive.
