Here's a good example. http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/CS611B00-Gusset+Single+Speed+Conversion+Kit.aspx  Just type in single speed coversion kit. You may also need a chain tensioner if you have vertical dropouts on the rear triangle. (Horizontal dropouts (where the axle goes in the frame) would allow you to move the axle forward and backwards to tension the chain. If you dropouts are vertical you have to use a chain tensioner which bolts into your derrailleur hanger to get proper chain tension.)
