About this user
Founded in 1985 the Western Pennsylvania Family Center is a private, non-profit organization. The Center's vision is to be the recognized and utilized regional source of information about Bowen theory, an innovative set of ideas about the evolution of humankind and human relationships, and to stimulate actions which flow from these ideas.
Faculty members are noted for their involvement in scientific presentations and national conferences and symposia sponsored annually by the Georgetown Family Center. They also serve as editorial consultants to a national publication produced by the Georgetown Family Center, the only journal of its kind focusing on Bowen family systems theory.
