Quick video of clips over the past few weeks.
-Please note. I know the majority of these clips are jumping but remember these are each on different horses. I do not jump 24/7, it's the last thing I can stand. They get jumped once a week or even once a fortnight, most of their work is flatwork about 3/4 times a week then good old hacking!-
Clips of Ben from Rowallan first week in Feb. Was a little star, my first 3-day show and his too. Spent the weekend finding our rythm and feet. First day was a bit messy as he was terrified of the size of the arena as we have nothing like this down here so he was pretty shell-shocked and by the last day he jumped a beautiful Discovery and just caught the second to last fence down. He then had a lovely week off in the sunshine and just been hacking and doing a bit of flatwork since :).
Cruise is being a total superstar. Gave him a pop the other day (in vidoe). First time I'd jumped him in a while and previously I've been doing exercises to get him more up in the air an use himself more and I think he took it way too seriously! Totally getting outjumped and I'm well aware of that, he kept dicking off after the fences silly cob :P, plus he's usually in a Tom Thumb and martingale.
Dee's going super still. Her flatwork is beyond incredible at the moment, finally after 2 and a half years we've found how to work together! Had a PC Rally Monday and she threw a tantrum at one of the fences, but that's just Dee :) Got to love her!. Think she was feeling the surface a bit, but bar that she jumped amazing!
ALSO Me & Cruisey had some dressage qualifiers today for Dengie Series. We came second in the Novice (with me forgetting my test!) and won the Open! Got some lovely comments from people there today of him so we're off for the Regionals in March!!
Hopefully aiming for my first British Event of 2012 at the end of Next Month. GFingers crossed!

I decided to make a video, where I found a bunch of my favourite quotes, cut them, mixed them around to create me very own, with personal meaning. So I will not be handing this audio out.
It's pretty obvious what I meant by this video. Things are finally looking back on track, but the big tester will be in a few weeks when I take Dee to a One Day Event, around a British Eventing set course.
Exams are finally over, and now it's giving me time to work on the horses and get them fit once again. Swear I have been hit with the dressage bug, because it's all I seem to be doing at the minute! Got Dee a new bit, and she's a lot happier in it. However, her hocks have had a influence on her balance and suppleness, so working a lot on that.
Cruise is going well, wasn't sure on him a few weeks back, thought his arthritis was playing up, as he became really stiff and a b*tch for me to ride. So done plenty hacking with him gave him a break, and now he's going fab (:
Got a few things occuring these next few upcoming weeks..
- Intermediate dressage teams with Cruise
- AreaTeam Eventing and Showjumping with Dee
- Burghley Eventing qualifiers with Cruise
- BE schooling on the 13th
- ODE the week after. If she goes well, I think we may affiliate her once again.
I am also going to work with a Local Eventer in a week or two. He has a lot of experience with horses, trained the Household Cavalary, now spends his time bringing on Young Event horses and is nearly always in the Top 10. Very consistent- Just what we need with Dee.
So it's all system's go in Team Sanderson. Some exciting changes by the end of this year/begining of nex, which a few people know about ;)

ok, let me say one thing, EPIC FAIL! Yup, this started out really good but then Vegas was a little butt and kept shutting down and losing ALL my work. Hence the extremely rushed end. But I just posted it anyways. I think I'm going to retry and make it, maybe over Easter break which is in a day!! So yeah, enjoy my complete and crappy movie
